Andrew's just started his college career in Phoenix (Tempe, actually). August/September in PHX is like being in an oven, but I'm sure his newly built dorm has some pretty good AC cranking.

Several people have asked me around campus, "Why are you wearing that hoodie/jacket/sweater? It's so hot outside!"
Then I reply, "Because apparenntly in Arizona, they have no restraint on AC."
You can wear your real summer clothes in the fall/winter, when the ac comes down a few notches.
